migrated website

Migrated the website to avoid a big cost increase as Azure sunsets a service I was using.

Now: Github private repo –> build action deploys to Azure static web app
Media assets, like pics and movies, are in an azure storage blob – to avoid counting towards space in the repo/static web app

Should run the website decently enough for, I hope, a while
